We gather weekly to be strengthened and fed with Christ, to grow closer to God and to one another, and to be guided for positive, exciting daily living in our Lord's love.

Holy Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of each month as well as the special festivals (Christmas, Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday, Easter, Pentecost).

We have a children's message at our service because we welcome children to worship.  A church-time nursery is provided free for preschoolers.  Volunteers are welcome.

On the 4th Sunday each month, our worship is a Contemporary Service with the Bethel praise band.

We use a variety of traditional hymns, Gospel songs, new hymns, contemporary praise songs in our worship.  We use traditional liturgical elements such as a concluding blessing, a Confession of Sins, 2 or 3 Scripture readings (usually from the Revised Common Lectionary used for the church year), the Lord's Prayer, the Apostles or Nicene Creed (or UCC Statement of Faith).  But we also blend these with the aim of providing a variety in the message (preaching, interactive, drama/skits) and in our format for prayer and praise.  We are continuing to evaluate and modify our style of worship to meet the needs of today's people.  Your suggestions and input are invited and encouraged.

The sanctuary (where we worship), classrooms, Fellowship Hall, and offices at Bethel are all handicap accessible.  The main entrance at ground level is from the rear parking lot and a spacious elevator accomodates those persons with disabilities.  Wheelchairs are also available.  Hearing devices can be obtained from an usher.
